The last guy I dated, told me that I was controlling and had a serious problem because I didn't like it when chatted it up another women "friend" that he met on a dating site on the internet. We actually broke up after this. Tell me something, do men feel controlled whenever a woman doesn't like them chatting it up with other women "friends"?

Well, most of the time a friend is just a friend,...whether it's a man or a woman. I have to admit a slight jealous feeling when my girl talks about talking with another guy but it's no more than I do. It's just talking to friends. We grow through our friendships with others. Meeting and talking to people helps us understand the world better,...and so, ourselves.
Now, is it controlling for you to try to limit that in another person? Yeah,...sorry but I think so. You can't tell a person who he or she can talk to. That's isolating them and it's the fastest way to stagnate a relationship.
